For one of the largest coffee companies in the country, growth isn’t just about opening new stores—it’s about creating consistent, high-quality spaces that reflect the brand’s identity across hundreds of locations. To meet ambitious expansion goals, the company needed a partner that could deliver craftsmanship at scale while adapting quickly to changing demands.

With 240,000 Sq Ft of manufacturing space and a team of more than 100 skilled workers, DisplayIt was able to deliver quality craftsmanship while meeting the demand for rapidly growing store counts.

The Challenge

Our customer faced a twofold challenge:

  1. Maintain premium-quality casework that aligned with the brand’s standards.

  2. Adapt rapidly to fluctuating store counts, sometimes doubling year over year.


This required a partner with not just manufacturing capacity, but also the operational agility to scale up quickly without sacrificing quality.


Our Solution: A Dedicated Program Built for Scale

DisplayIt developed a program specifically designed to support the customer’s evolving needs. A cross-functional team—including Account Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Quality Control Specialists—was established to manage every detail of the portfolio.


Key elements of the program included:

  • Account Management

    Regional account managers served as direct partners—both in the field and at the customer level—to ensure alignment at every stage.

  • Engineering

    The customer used its own design team, while DisplayIt handled engineering and build. To accelerate turnaround times, we developed a 24-hour engineering cycle with offices in the U.S., China, and Mexico. While American engineers rested, teams abroad advanced the work—ensuring speed, collaboration, and efficiency.

  • Manufacturing

    • Over 250,000 sq. ft. of fabrication, warehouse, and storage space in Irvine, CA; McKinney, TX; and Xiamen, China.

    • 100+ skilled craftsmen trained in advanced fabrication techniques.

    • Cutting-edge equipment and processes designed for innovation and precision.

    • Strict quality control measures that ensure every product meets Grade-A standards.

  • Installation

    A nationwide network of craftsmen, paired with comprehensive pre-installation planning, ensured seamless execution on-site. Every rollout was delivered with precision and on schedule.

Results: Scaling With Our Customer’s Growth

The results speak for themselves. DisplayIt’s dedicated program enabled our customer to expand at a record pace:


  • 2019 – 11 new locations

  • 2020 – 30 new locations

  • 2021 – 70 new locations

  • 2022 – 115 new locations

  • 2023 – 220 new locations

  • 2024 – 430 new locations across 14 states


By 2024, 64% of production came from our Irvine facility and 36% from McKinney, reflecting our ability to balance demand across multiple plants.


This rapid scaling demonstrated not just capacity, but adaptability. In just five years, store rollout requirements increased nearly fortyfold—and DisplayIt kept pace every step of the way.
